Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

SiteTuners LeadGen (“LeadGen”, “we”, “us”) is operated by SiteTuners, LLC. We provide a workspace for finding, qualifying, and reaching out to B2B prospects on LinkedIn.

2. What we collect from you (the account owner)

• Account info: name, email address, and the password hash created during signup via Better Auth.
• Workspace metadata: organization name, optional white-label logo, team-member roles, billing plan.
• Integration credentials: your LinkedIn session cookie (li_at), your optional HubSpot token, and the API keys you generate. All of these are stored AES-256-GCM encrypted at rest. We never see your LinkedIn password.
• Operational logs: timestamps and outcomes of every LinkedIn action initiated through LeadGen (search, send, refresh) so you can audit them.

3. What we collect about your leads

When you import leads — via LinkedIn search, Sales Navigator, or a CSV upload — we store the lead's public profile information: full name, headline, current title, company name, location, public profile URL, and avatar URL.

We do not buy or sell lead data. Lead records are scoped to your workspace and never visible to other workspaces.

4. How LinkedIn interaction works

All scraping and sending against LinkedIn happens inside a real browser on your own machine, run by the LeadGen desktop agent using your own logged-in LinkedIn session. Our server never connects to LinkedIn on your behalf — that's how your LinkedIn account stays unflagged and how we comply with LinkedIn's defense against session token replay.

5. Sub-processors

We use a small number of carefully selected vendors:

• Railway (US): hosting and Postgres database
• Anthropic (US): AI drafting (Claude)
• Resend (US): transactional email
• Stripe (US): billing (only if you subscribe)

6. Your rights

You can export, edit, or delete any lead in your pipeline at any time through the app or via our REST API. To delete your entire workspace, email hello@sitetuners.com from the address tied to the workspace owner; we will erase your records within 14 days.

If you are an EU/EEA resident, you have the right to access, rectify, port, and erase your personal data under GDPR. EU customers can sign a Data Processing Addendum on request.

7. Retention

We keep lead and message data for the lifetime of your subscription. Server logs are kept for 30 days. Backups are rolled up monthly and discarded after 90 days. Deleted leads are removed from active storage immediately and purged from backups within 90 days.
